Most orders ship within 24 to 72 business hours after your order is batched, however you should allow four or five business days during peak times. You can then log into your account, click on "Order Status" and track your customers package . You can also forward this unique tracking number to your customer's email to insure them the merchandise was shipped and is on its way. They can in turn visit the UPS website to monitor the progress of their own shipment until it arrives at their doorstep. Now that's customer service at its best! International Shipments will be assessed a $5.95 handling surcharge to cover the extra customs forms required. APO Military Shipments will be assessed a $3.00 handling surcharge to cover the extra customs forms required. A $1.95 Domestic Handling Fee will be added to the total purchase price and shipping costs of all orders. This is a per order fee, not a per item fee. This fee is charged only to defer the cost of packaging materials and cardboard containers. We use only top quality materials when we ship your customers merchandise, and wouldn't have it any other way. You'll be surprised at how many customers will comment about the packaging of their merchandise. You can in turn charge a handling fee from your customer for the same purpose to defer this cost.
